Dazzling Scottish Fold Kittens Reports & Reviews (3)

I had a very similar experience with Dazzling Scottish Fold Kittens to the reviewer above.
I was on the market searching for pure breed scottish fold kitten. I ran into the website Dazzling Scottish Fold Kittens. I filled out the contact form, indicating the interest in one of kittens, specifically female kitten named Molise, which was advertised on the website. I left all my information there. Later I was contacted by the breeder, and the pictures of the kitten were sent to me. I decided to purchase that particular kitten. Then I informed the breeder about my decision. He mentioned that I should send the money via Western Union $600.00 for the kitten + $200.00 for transportation of the kitten. The name under which I sent the money to was Gaul Addinson. I assumed that
that was all that I have to pay.
Later that day EMS Translogistics, the transportation company, responsible for bringing the kitten to me called me and send the e-mail, that I will have to pay additional $1550 for the insurance of the kitten, out of which $1500 will be refundable to me upon receiving a kitten. They even set a transaction form in my e-mail for that purpose. After that, they assured me the kitten will be on the plane to me. I followed up on their request, and sent the money via Western Union on the name Gentin Aron. Afterwards
The EMS Translogistics called me and sent me an e-mail, demanding another $1400 in pet transportation license. I refused to pay that, having felt something is very wrong here. I contacted the breeder, compalining about EMS Translogistics. He said he would inform local police about the issue. The local police is in Erie, PA. The next day I have never heard back from either breeder or transportation company. I am sure that I am a victim of a scam. By the way, the breeder and transportation company representatives had very strong foreign accents.

I wish I would have read this post before driving 12 hours with a leased car...

THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM! The worst scam I have ever been involved in. We planned a time to pickup one of their kittens named Jerry. After driving 6 hours there (400 miles in a leased car THERE), we walked up to the house and it was an older couple who had no idea what we were talking about. She stayed in contact with me throughout the entire day and when I got there, all she said was “I don’t see you where are you?” After that..no reply. We ended up having to get a hotel and waited over 12 hours for a response..AND NOTHING. We were so excited but this trip turned out to be nothing but wasted time and money and frustration. I have no idea what these people got out of us spending time and money when we did not pay them a single penny. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

This was a pet scam. I was online searching for a place to buy a purebred Scottish fold kitten. I came across the website mentioned selling Scottish fold kittens. There was a form to indicate interest in one of the kittens so I filled it out. I put my name, email, and phone number. Afterwards, I was contacted directly via email about the kittens I said I was interested in. Most communication was through email and text, there were also a few phone calls. We received pictures and videos of the kitten, and there was even a contract and bill of sale the person made although the documents were not notarized. The kitten was also a much cheaper price than what we had seen in other places. We sent the money to a person in Pennsylvania by the name of Parra Keaton. We asked to Facetime but the person would make excuses that he was an old man and didn't have a phone that could do that so he would ask his wife. In the end we sent him the money through Western Union. He claimed to have picked it up and sent us pictures of him delivering the kitten. By then we were contacted by the shipping company going by the name of EMS - Translogistics. They sent us a confirmation email that had the details of our kitten named "Alan" who is a male Scottish fold and can still be seen on the "breeder's" website. However, they then asked us to send them money on Western Union to cover a refundable pet insurace of $1550. They stated that after sending this money the kitten would be on the plane and on its way to us. About 5 hours later, we received a different email requesting around $1300 for an importation license. The email also said they would not be able to send the kitten on the flight until we paid this fee. At this point we became suspicious and contacted the breeder. He would not answer our phone calls and only replied through text saying he would go to the company first thing in the morning. The next morning we did not hear back from him so we are certain we were scammed by a whole group of people working together. Both the breeder and the transport company representatives had very foreign accents.
