In a weak moment from advertising on social media, and then from a very well done counterfeit website, purchased two Christmas hanging baskets - beautiful photos were used. The more you buy the bigger the discount. Thankfully I only bought two - although that was still $63 with shipping. Initially time went buy and I had to ask for status of shipping. A tracking # was provided - but when you clicked on it it said "none can be found - no information". Could not even tell who the carrier was. One day a white envelope package was received - no protection or anything - with two extremely small wire baskets stuffed in it, with supplies inside the baskets to make your own. Could have bought nicer supplies at a dollar store. A very small string of lights was included. False advertising on website. Says Made in America, and 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Have requested a refund via email. There is no phone # to call, no address. They keep coming back with first offering a 20% refund, then a 30% refund, today they offered a 40% refund - after I keep insisting on a 100% refund. I do not trust that I will even receive a refund. I normally am very wary and cautious about ordering from unknown companies - they got me with the beautiful pictures and time of year.

I purchased holiday baskets over a month ago. I emailed them to let them know I have received the product and they emailed me with tracking numbers. 1 day later, I was charged 1100 dollars and my bank account was compromised. The day after that I received 4 of the 7 products I ordered and it was absolutely not what was described or pictured.

Clicked on link on Facebook to order wreaths for home from https://www.dazzling-jewel.com/. Everything seemed legit until I ordered, then I got a weird email from a company in China. Furthermore, then saw several other ads for different sites with the exact same pictures advertised. I reported to PayPal. They sided with the company because they said they delivered product. They delivered junk 6 weeks after the fact. I paid well over $100 for 4 wreaths and got plastic dollar store goods that don’t even resemble what was pictured. And they will not answer any customer service emails I send. Shocker. It’s all a scam!
