Dazzling Jewel is a scam!!!

I ordered Christmas hanging baskets and paid $120 for four. They looked beautiful on the website and decisions said they were 20 inches wide but when I received them they were all smashed together (in one small squished package), not assembled, did not even include everything that was supposed to be on them, half the size of what the website said, and the first one I opened was broken. I contacted them immediately for a return/refund and they offered me a 10% refund. After much back and forth debate they said they would provide a full refund if I paid to ship them back. It’s $79 to ship it back to China. Their website says 100% money back guarantee if not satisfied. This is a joke and a scam! See pictures for comparison.

Dazzling-jewel.com advertised Christmas decorations. What they sent was noting like what the advertised. They did not send me my full order and they were described as pre-lit. My order did not come with lights at all. They advertise 100% money back guarantee with refunds available in 30 days. This too is a lie. They started by calling me a liar and then refused to refund my money. This was a complete and total scam from a “business” running out of China.
