We saw an add for a free 3-hour cleaning from this company. We signed up to schedule it on Nov 26 at 12. (We did see this add about 2onths ago but cancelled other appointment due to time constraints for us)

We received a text stating they were still planning on coming and the cleaner should arrive between 11-12:00.

We messaged them around 1045 saying if they have trouble finding the door to call us. No response.

We messaged at 11, asking when she would be arriving. No response. We messaged again at 1149. No response. And asked why she didnt show up at 1240. At the same time a message came through to click a link to ask where our cleaner was. We called multiple times but no response.

We went to the login page to notify that our cleaner never arrived but it just kept trying to reschedule it. While we were doing this we found that by signing up the forst time for a free cleaning we signed up for reacurring payments each month.

Which was news to us as it was not stated anywhere when signing up.

Since then, there was a message sent to us on tuesday the 28th stating 'from amy' asking to reschedule. I resposed no.

On Nov 30th, I received a message asking if my cleaning was completed. I clicked the appropriate link to state the cleaner never arrived. While i was on the cleaning site i also submitted a help ticket stating i found i got set up on a reacurring payment and would like it to be cancelled. Another message from the same number came through and states "your cleaning was completed, it was for 4 hours you will be charged 24.67."

Same day, they attempted to charge my card 16 times for a total of 56.97(or something close to that number) I made sure I had my card turn off with the banks protection.

I did still have a pending charges of 24.67 which i have worked out with my bank.

We furthered our research and found many others had a similar experience.

I purchased online a cleaning voucher to try their services, and I do not know how I ended up with a $49 per month membership for at least 6 months! If I want to cancel, I will be charged $248.60!

The cleaner who was supposed to clean my house sent me another person instead of herself, and when she finally showed up, she complained so much about the company!

I wanted to give the company the benefit of the doubt, so I requested another appointment with another cleaner. But that cleaner did not show up on the set day! After that, my card was charged for the full amount claiming that the cleaner had been locked out and no one had answered the door!

Beware! Do not use Dazzling Cleaning! Fraudulent company!

One of the workers who used to work for them said that because of all the complaints they change their name frequently, the latest is Dazzling Cleaning, they use that name because many other cleaning companies use some form of the word Dazzle in their name, based on other sites, the 5 star reviews are for Dazzle Cleaning or Dazzle Cleaning and Restoration which DO have good reviews.

Unfortunately, people who posted here will probably not go on this site again to get the very useful info I provided.

To anyone thinking of hiring them, don't even bother to read the reviews, just look at what I write here which was based on all the other reviews I read, I think this company is run by crooks-maybe drug dealers who use their customers as "workers" (based on the descriptions others have made) and all the money they make goes into their advertising for naiive people who may not have access to the internet to read their AWFUL reviews. To show how unethical and immoral the company is there is multiple class action suits against them, and also contact Atty General in your state. They are so bad a FB page called Dazzling Cleaning Company Scam was created with more details of the lawsuits and horror stories. Most review sites will not allow to put the contact info on the class action suit, so create a FB account so you can go to that page and be aware of what's going on with them. You can post anonymously on their website but do not know if you can access page without a FB account.

I bought a voucher for $79
When I tried to book a date that I needed, they didn’t have any date available, not even close to the date I needed it. I tried to call and emailed, they never answered. When I filed a dispute with my credit card, they lied about the issue. Now they have my money but I never received any service and I have no way to contact them.
Do not buy anything from those thieves

They sell a membership to get affordable safe cleaning staff. They offer a cupón half price for your first cleaning only if you buy their membership. Their service never shows up, or they cancel or nobody is available so they have to match you with the most expensive even if is the same who canceled last time, to a way much higher price. They expect you to cancel every time because their expensiveness and push you to cancel. If you don’ t cancel, they do not show up. They still charge you and nobody respond the messages until many days later just to push you to rescheduling. This is repeated over and over. They threatened me when I contacted them to complain and a cleaner showed up and asked for money, she stayed for an hour in front of my home until I called police. Phone is a recording only but they know when ou called them and they contacted me to threatening me. It’s a nightmare.

In October 2021, I paid for a one-time home cleaning. The cleaner who came out did a terrible job. I reached out and they gave refunded me. I booked again in November 2021 and they charged me $19 to purchase a voucher deal for this on 11/15/21 on my debit card and the service provided by this cleaner was even worse. I asked for a refund and cancelation of the account as it was just beyond unacceptable and I wasn't willing to give them another chance. I never saw another charge come through for them until 10/27/22 when a charge came through for $49 on a credit card I used in October 2021. My debit card was the one authorized to be on file, and it expired in the 11 months they did not charge me. They never reached out to update this. They apparently did store my credit card information and decided to begin using that to charge my membership I didn't even know I had. They charged it again for $49 on 11/27/22. I do not use this card, so when I went in to check the balance, I noticed the charges and reached out to the company on 12/8/22. They refused to refund me, and they said I could cancel the membership I didn't know I had, as long as I would pay them $168. I then opened a dispute with Wells Fargo and am still waiting for a resolution there. I have gone back and forth with the company since 12/8. They admitted they have no idea why they didn't charge me for 11 months. They said they did not keep the debit card information on file - which I know they did as it is still there on my account - but they DID keep the credit card number so they went ahead and used that one for the membership. This company, Dazzling Cleaning, has 484 unanswered complaints on the BBB website right now for this exact same thing.

TERRIBLE COMPANY RIP OFF. THEY CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD AND NO ONE SHOWS UP. I AM VERY ANGRY THAT THEY WOULD DO THIS. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SHARKS.

This shady company is screaming loudly as a SCAM! Too bad, they just stole money from my credit card as well. I was allured to try their low price first cleaning for $29. What I did not know is it's heavily false advertising online to rip off new customers. Customer service is barely existed. Only 1 staff to reply email. I experienced multiple continuous last minute cancellations, no shows and terrible job! It's just too exhausting to deal with! Finally, a crook cleaner came in 70 minutes late with no tools or supplies. She doesn't know how to do any cleaning or did any. She was just sitting on my couch playing videos on her mobile. She left me the same dirty apartment as before. When I complained, I was asked to show video as proof. No refund was given. This is the worst nightmare I had to deal with. It wasted me so much time! I ended up doing all the cleaning by myself. I realized even I was offered some coupons, I don't want to use this disgusting service EVER! But before I knew, I was already signed up to be charged a membership fee $49/month. I was never made known to this or agreed! If I choose to cancel, there is $150 penalty fee. What the hell! Stay away of this sh_tty company by all means, even they offer you free cleaning. The headache they bring is way bigger than zero job they will be done. They will steal your credit card without any of your consent! I hight doubt they vetted any of the cleaners at all! DazzlingClean and Homeaglow is the same company. It takes turn to charge the card.

Service offered, scheduled cleaning to make weekly cleaning easier, day in advance, was told no matches existed. Reached out to support, no more response for a week - by the time they responded, next scheduled cleaning had lapsed. Canceled service, they attempted to "charge for 6 months" after not providing service I signed up for.

They dazzle with great savings, so of course you pay, thinking that was all you were paying for. But after you pay, you see you are in a ForeverCleaning contract with a minimum monthly charge that is not so cheap. Why would I want a contract before I was able to evaluate their services. So you start digging for answers on their website, looking for ways to cancel this ForeEverClaning but hard to find. You end up going down rabbit hole after rabbit hole with no real answers to your concerns. Of course, there is no phone number listed on their website. After much research I found this number 650-513-0078. They answer as Dazzling Cleaning company with a recording but no real person answers but it is the weekend so I will try Monday. This is pure scam with bait and switch thrown in. I can only say that you have been warned. STAY AWAY.

They will hook you for the first service and then keep charging your card even if you discontinue membership. There is no customer care and you can only reach out through email after multiple tries. I have been trying to stop their service since months but they always send the terms and conditions card. I don't know what to do. Amex is working on my fraud case but please please please stay away from them. It's a scam.

I had cleaners cancel on me 3 times out of 6, and I was unaware Id be charged 49.00 every month just for the service without the cleanings. You must stay with them for 6 months in order to keep the first cleaning at the introductory price too!. I just canceled.

Total scam! Adds words to contract to twist it their way.
1 cleaner ... Rescheduled 3x. At last min. CLEANING was terrible
2nd cleaner ... NO SHOW
3rd cleaner ... Cancelled at last min. Sent text saying that cleaners are contracted. No policy in place set by company to protect clients from Covid, safety or vaccine. She was not vaccinated.

Because this was my 3rd cleaner. I cancelled my contract, which they charged me $168. They told me by email the no show was not counted and the 3rd was cancelled so ... since I only had one experience with one cleaner that did not follow their 3 strikes rule that would allow me to cancel contract. -- BEWARE --

I took cleaning service two days ago. As per their mail first time no charge and second time onwards $38. Today I noticed my credit card unusual multiple charges 9+0.93+49+6.25. I didn't understand. I tried to contact them but no use. No phone number and nobody available in chat. STAY AWAY TO THIS KIND OF ONLINESITES.

I booked house cleaning. My app. Was for Friday, April 16, 2021 at 11:00am. The person was a no show. I was not contacted in any manner..no phone call, no email nor text message. Today my bank account was charged 3 different amounts. $39.00, $13.50 and $90.00. They didn’t provide a phone number. I have contacted my bank. The person that was to come did have a phone number but the line has been busy every time I called her. I feel they just wanted my card and had no intention of showing up. I was charged for services that were not rendered
