My grandmother was looking to purchase an Abyssinian kitten. we were hearing more and more about this kitten. it seemed legit enough at first but then they kept asking for fees. they asked for her to purchase a special cage, cat insurance, COVID-19 custom fees and them we stepped in. I have a different last name than her so I went ahead and tried to email them asking to purchase the exact same kitten and they said that they were still available after she was supposedly on a plane to my home state. My mother called the shipping company which is also very fake and is just for scamming. They somehow knew exactly who we were and all of our info after just saying that we were calling about a kitten we had purchased, and this was right after they claimed to be a huge national pet transportation line. After we asked what the payment was for they claimed that the kitten was being held in Nebraska because of border issues and she had to pay 2,300 to get her along the border, however they stated that the kitten was coming from Philadelphia and had a lay over in Chicago hours earlier. We concluded that there was no cat and that there was a lot of scamming going on that if you looked more into made no sense. The website reviews were talking about dogs, the flight company website had a workers section and all the photos were stock images and they had the same names, the story was not lining up, at first they said that they were going to fly the kitten over in a main cabin with airline attendants taking care of them, then they stated that they would transport the kitten over via delta cargo and then this weird flight place. My grandmother is not the best with technology so she didn't totally see through these unfortunate flaws. We did not believe that there was a kitten at all so we told them we would not pay and that if she was real that they should just fly her back. They stopped responding.
