I purchased 2 types of landscape lighting and they required me to pay an expediting fee. When I got the products, they didn’t have any instructions and didn’t have any installation materials with the lights. One of the products came in a gray color and I ordered black on the website. There wasn’t even an option to order gray so I am not sure why I got those. I contacted the customer service several times and each time I would call them they would tell me that they would get back to me within 24 hours and each time they got back to me my question was never answered. They just skirted around the question. I then decided I didn’t want to keep the products because I could not mount them into the ground for landscape so I asked for a refund and instructions on how to return the items to get the refund. They then skirted around the issue again and my guess is that they are trying to extend my desire to receive turn them past that 30 days by giving me answers that are not answering my question this company is a complete fraud do not order from them. They kept telling me that they were from France but they’re clearly shipping from Hong Kong. This company is a joke. I am severely warning you to not purchase anything from Them .

An order was placed March 22, 2023 and after a week of not receiving shipping status I reached out to make a change on my order - no response. I then made several attempts to reach them by phone. The phone number initially would not go through so I tried calling the next morning around 5am PST. The phone continued to ring and would behave strangely by disconnecting so I kept calling back...they would not pick up and then I received a text asking how they could help. I said I would like to check the status of my order and provided the order #. They requested my name and email - I sent a screen shot of the order and then radio silence. I texted back with a cancellation notice and no response. Then I emailed them with a cancellation notice which they responded by saying the order was in the shipment process - I replied telling them I had made several requests to cancel and to not ship. They ignored my messages and proceeded to tell me they were shipping the order. I stopped responding to their shipping notices until the most recent email telling me the order had been shipped and they would be willing to send a 30% credit and to keep the item because the return process was complicated. In all my years with online purchases with legitimate business I've never had a problem with cancellations and returns. There business practice is highly suspect and not transparent.
