Received my Order on time and the quality is great

I looked up this company a while back when finding them on IG. I saw a bunch of bad reviews but took the risk anyway. I received my order super fast and in cute packaging as well. The clothing item was made well and the fabric was beautiful. I think they may have run into an issue with shipping or supply lines due to pandemic but I wanted to leave a review to let people know the company is back on track and things are good. I definitely recommend this company. Everyone has been impacted by the pandemic (including my own business) and this small company making unique designs here in the US deserves another chance. They are legit.

I ordered two shirts from this company on 9/1/20 and was aware that due to Covid it’d take a bit longer than their usual 3 weeks. I emailed their help line at the 3 week mark to know approximately how long it’d take and was told my order would ship the following week. It’s been about 2.5 weeks since then and have yet to receive my order. In the past 10 days I’ve emailed them 3 times and have made attempts at getting in contact with them through Instagram. I have yet to receive any replies.

Saw a series of ads across social media about this local clothing designer. Seemed like a cool brand, and I saw they had an ambassador program. I applied since I liked their message and the style and have had positive experiences as a brand ambassador previously. This was not the case for Dazey LA. They required a purchase within a small window of time after they sent me an approval email to be an ambassador. I was promised a percentage of any sale made using my discount code and a small percentage off future purchases after this initial discounted purchase. They have relatively high prices but since it seemed like a reputable company I thought that the items would be of good quality. They said it would take about 2-3 weeks because the shirts are made to order in LA. I waited a month and heard nothing. I received no updates on shipping or production time. I emailed them asking for a cancellation and was denied. I have filed to get my money back but am still waiting. Do not purchase any items from this company.
