I too fell for the scam. The inferior quality of the bras makes them unwearable and the “refund” policy is not clear when ordering. You’re basically making a donation to this company because the product is worthless.

Yes, I too fell for the scam... Ordered in April,,, did not arrive until August 21. I have sent them over 15 emails,,, cannot track package. When I finally got it,,, cheap and did not fit. Same standard email reply every time. WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY...

Ordered, then tried to stop after seeing all the complaints, When I talked to my bank, they couldnt stop, even though was only and hour!
PayPal couldnt get thru too ...and DayProud good scammers
Month later, got the product that was not American made and ,measurements completely off
And now my problem, they got money I would Pay for top Bra,
... sending me a wrap around ,with not enough material!

This company is a scam. I think they sell their bra products as a copy cat product of the original company that sold this new idea of this type of bra. My "beige" ordered bra came in an ugly golden color, 2 or 3 sizes too small, and no tags telling what the mateerial is made of, no washing instructions or where the product was made. I was so surprised when I realized it was just cheap china fabric! Overpriced, took forever to come, and I too recieved the can't return answer. Then after a few emails, they said they would give me a 30% discount on my next order...huh...what? I would never buy another product from them. BIG Scammers.

Buyer beware you will not refund your money under no circumstances.
This company should not be allowed to sell online or anywhere else.

Purchased bra per size chart provides. Bra arrived later than promised and size too small. Unable to send back for exchange or credit as they will not supply any address. I have been texting them for about two weeks now with excuses and no address. Very frustrated and need to warn others if their tactics.

Same problem as many others here—lousy product w/screwy sizing & fit but they aren’t willing to refund. Lesson learned, I guess. Never buy in this scenario.

Received a bra that was too small, with using your chart, and I am unable to return for a credit to purchase something else. I have been corresponding with the company since I received it. I find your company very uncooperative and I am very unsatisfied. I am unable to send it back without an address; which I have requested several times. Please help!

I purchased a bra, and or was delivered to the wrong house. I contacted them and they resent it correctly but the size was small for me and I emailed them the same day. I have corresponded with them several times and I still have not received an address to return the bra to - even for a credit to purchase something else. It has been two weeks now and still no address! HELP!

I ordered a day proud bra in March. I never received it until August 11. I sent numerous emails requesting a refund but was refused. The bra I received today is not even wearable

I ordered bras in May, finally got them the first of August. Are NOT WHAT ADVERTISED TO BE. Emailed Day Proud for refund. 100% Satisfaction guarantee, was told if damaged in transit would refund, but would cost more than what the bras were worth, cause would have to ship back to CHINA. THE RETURN LABEL HAS JLSS 109 JOPLIN DRIVE, MCKINNEY TEXAS, WHICH IS A HOUSE. Fraud! DO not by anything from Day proud.

Ordered a bra for my granddaughter in may of 2020. I have sent 3 emails to them regarding my order and not one response. Filing a report with PayPal to get my money back

I ordered 3 bras in early June. They keep sending me emails about the "epidemic" and the most recent email said that they demanded the shipping company to deliver my order now. Still waiting. Grammar of the emails is very poor, clearly not native English speakers. I asked for my money back. No response. I am contacting my credit card company to submit a fraud report. They charged my credit card $80.00! I plan to report them to the Better Business Bureau. Fraudulent and thievery.

Total scam. Ordered bra 2 months ago. Never received. Paid $59.99. These Chinese companies are so insidious. They make billions of dollars off of unsuspecting Americans. TOTAL SCAMMERS

Order the bra two months ago. Paid $59.99. Yes, they are a scam. Never received the product. Never reached a support agent. Got auto-emails for two months saying, product was on the way. Total scam. Stay away.

I ordered 3 bras July 9, 2020 and to date have not received them. So, I started investigating and seen this site and posts. I emailed Day Proud requesting that my order be cancelled and credit card reimbursed. I also contacted my credit card company. They filed a complaint on my behalf for not receiving the merchandise. They will contact Day Proud to investigate further. Meanwhile, my credit card has been refunded by the credit card company. If I receive the merchandise, then the charges will be put back on. If not, I won't have to pay. This is a nightmare. I went through something similar back in December. I won't do the online shopping anymore. Too many scams out there.

I ordered a bra from Day Proud, although I didn't realize the name of the company was Day Proud until I started looking for a way to contact them about my bra. I thought it was Ova, which is why is being promoted on social media. I ordered it in April 2020. Just received it on July 27 after many emails complaining and asking for details on the delivery. When I opened the package I could tell the quality was poor. I tried it on and it's very cheap material. It doesn't fit my chest or my shoulders. It doesn't do anything the ad claims. My breasts were falling out of the side and the shoulder straps roll in on themselves. It is a total scam!

Unbelievable an absolutely horrible experience with this company! I’m a reasonable person and I understood all the issues with this pandemic. I ordered March 30th and received my 4 bras July 9th. My package was sealed and inside were my 4 bras. Inside their 4 separate sealed packages, the items were damaged, contaminated bras. The 1st bra in that sealed package was dripping with an unknown liquid. I took pictures. The other bras had mold, mildew growing on them. I contacted the company the next day asking for refund instructions. This began the very long drawn out process of emails going back and forth. They were asking for them information and pictures which I had already sent them in the previous email so I felt they were confirming I purchased 4 bras and I sent a picture of all the bras together. The next day I received a response that they made a decision to send replacement bras. I don’t want their products when I know that their practices of packaging items gave me unsafe products. I have no idea what the substance was. In this heightened time of awareness with the pandemic I was very concerned for the safety of my family. What was that substance?
I’m still demanding the refund I ask them for and I’m filling a report with The Better Business Bureau and I suggest you do the same.

I ordered a bra in April and it’s now July 25 and still no bra. After emailing them almost daily the last couple of months they told me over a week ago that my package in Stamford Connecticut but of course they didn’t provide a tracking number and it’s still not here.

Placed an order on May 5, 2020. It is now July 22, 2020 and still no product. I have emailed them numerous times asking to cancel, refund, etc. While their responses are pleasant, they will not cancel nor refund. The latest is that my order was shipped on July 13th. Not sure why it takes over two months to ship a product. We can make it to the moon in three days. I will never purchase from this company and highly encourage others to avoid the mistake I made.
