Received Email thanking me for my purchase from McAfee LLC Antivirus for $399.99. When I called number provided, person told me that I had signed up for 3 yrs protection. When I told him that I had not ordered any service & I wanted to cancel, he told me to get on my computer. That I had to follow his instructions to remove the plan from my computer. I did not open my computer nor give him any information except the order number provided in the email.
