Pretends to be a tile laying professional with shiny instagram account. However, as soon as you give him more than half deposit, starts disappearing, gets emergencies at other sites and then stops answering your phone calls all together without ever finishing the job you hired him for. Goes by name - David Witkowski or Empire Tile and Flooring. Though after we started leaving reviews, he renamed his company. He also brings on site his helpers, all with criminal records and he even gives access to your home to them without being on site himself. Found this out by accident.

They work hard on removing and hiding all negative reviews.
