This person offers to sell land to you with a contract. After you pay and it comes time to notarize the deal he dissappears. He also resells land to other people that have been sold. He keeps reselling the land that you think he sold to you. He then offers to pay back the money but never does. We know three other people he has done this to. This is in the Bacalar and Chetumal regions.

Esta persona le ofrece venderle un terreno con un contrato. Después de pagar y llega el momento de certificar ante notario el trato, él desaparece. También revende tierras a otras personas que han sido vendidas. Sigue revendiendo la tierra que crees que te vendió. Luego se ofrece a devolver el dinero, pero nunca lo hace. Conocemos a otras tres personas a las que les ha hecho esto. Esto es en las regiones de Bacalar y Chetumal.
