-This was IDENTICAL to the warning sent out by the Treasury along with the ScamPulse.com last year regarding a scam phone call alleging an "offense" due to some kind of "cost reduction" w/ regard to the US Treasury and the threat of being put before a judge and grand jury if payment was not made; he identified himself as "David Gray." The voicemail was almost identical to the information provided in the notice, but the voicemail was not good quality and I did NOT call him back.

-MOST IMPORTANTLY, this call originated from a different number [(323)540-5590] and he left a callback number: (323)540-5589.
