This person listed a rental property on apartments.com and after a day long communication via text app we finally got him to call. He was definately a foreigner and not the property owner. we located the property owner who just sold this property that day to someone intending to live there. The real owner was definately not foreign. These people are listing numerous rental properties around the country with the same number and email. The contact info is changed on each one to reflect the actual owner. We did advise them that we turned them into the police and the federal authorities. DO NOT start a rental application or they will have your social security number which then becomes a pain to try to protect.
