A man identifying himself as David Chin keeps calling consumer's husband. The claim is that a $1 million dollar sweepstakes and new car have been won. In order to claim the prize, a $900 Money Gram must be sent to Hopetom Tomlinson in Jamaica, and another $900 Money Gram to Cornell McKenzie in Detroit, MI. The calls are coming repeatedly, several times a day.
