David Allen penland got a business loan through the better business bureau claiming he had a business for tech support. This business is not even in use and he received $104500 as a loan through that business. I and his ex-girlfriend and witnessed him get this money and buy a RV camper a truck for himself which he recently sold because he was broke and a white mustang which he currently drives a car for his daughter Erica and lots of gifts for his son Cooper he does not intend to pay the money back said that he will file bankruptcy. David is a scam artist.
