By the appointment through APP Thumbtack, David Delgado came to my home to do free evaluation on 6/30. He asked for $600 for the sprinkler repair and replacement. After I agreed, He asked for $120 deposit. I paid cash and he gave me the work order marked with deposit paid. The project should have started on 7/1 but he didn’t show up. After rescheduled several times, he never showed up as he promised. (I have records in APP Thumbtack). In the past two weeks, he had no any response to my phone, text message and message in APP, disappeared.
