I used Dave inc once over two years ago and since cancelled my account. Two days ago- I got a notification from my bank that they withdrew a large amount from my checking account. I called Dave and they have no idea how an unlinked checking account could have been auto debited. The rep told me she could provide me no resolution due to it not reflecting on their side and it being a checking account they did not know about. After refusing multiple times to transfer me to a supervisor, she placed me on hold multiple times to tell me none were available. Furthermore. She told me someone would contact me in the next few days. I objected- and have been sitting on hold for a very long time. Disgusting

My bank notified me of suspicious activity from Dave Inc Visa Direct CA of a payment of $202. They blocked my card and refunded me my money. Though Dave Inc attempted to make another charge of $202 and of $101. I would of lost $505 if my bank didn't act quickly.

I have zero clue who or what Dave Inc in Visa Direct was before this. Never seen them in anything. No clue how they managed to get access to my card info as I only shop on amazon, esty, and other trusted sites. Nor have I clicked any links or downloads of any kind besides from trusted sites.
