Dave application offers advance pay. I applied on July 2 2022. I did not receive advance pay. On July 8 Dave withdrew $ 88.24 from my bank account. Hence $75.00 plus $11.00 Tip plus $2.00 service fee. Plus $1.00 the next day. Once I determine that Dave took the settlement money I went to my Dave account and transferred $75.00 back to my bank account. I have been trying to explain to Dave that I never received the $75.00 advance. The $75.00 that appears in my bank account transaction and the $75.00 are the same which I transferred to my bank. Dave customer service is outsource d and say they can refund the tip but not the $75.00. Dave did not advance the $75.00 and lacks the check and balances in their system to distinguish deposits made by the customer from Dave deposits.DAVE IS A FRAUD THAT WILL TAKE MONEY BUT NOT GIVE MONEY...
