Elizabeth Katie Banks said she us staying in New york asked for help so I gave it. Used mostly apps to talk. Sent pics of checks she said she deposited into her account and would pay me back. Sent a 5200 dollar check she wanted me to cash it was sent from Virginia a check from a Tennessee credit union. With a Texas return address I didn't cash it. I have everything saved. I got the sxammer to use what's app live location to see where they are in New york and have the number of the person she had call to see if I cashed the check. They are stealing checks washing them and cashing and having people cash them. I have enough evidence for law enforcement to arrest them. No one listed to me when I reported this to the FBI. This is a large check stealing operation
