Find a Transgender website uses some form of robot or system to de activate your dating website profile during the trial period. Once the trail dating period has ended they close your account and say they have sent it to their "Fraud Department" that they have absolutely no information about. No phone numbers, emails or even communication. Not only is your account closed and they keep your membership fee, but they ban you from their site and all the sites that they manage. I was in no way violating their term and conditions, in fact I was only using their services and suggestions that they provided. I have continued to ask for assistance from their so called customer support, but I keep getting the same robot answers and cut off during chatting. I have no idea what to do and I just want this site closed down so no one else goes through what I went through.
