As a Data company, our main responsibilities include making purchases and filing reports on customers overall shopping experiences. Secret Shoppers play an important role in meeting clients’ expectations by pretending to be ordinary customers while observing and determining various factors that might require improvement.
Datax Research Program is pleased to formally offer you the position of paid volunteer in our ongoing research and data collection program.
Primary Responsibilities:
*Visiting retailers to evaluate the overall shopping experience while remaining discreet and pretending to be a regular customer:
*Traveling to different store locations when required.
*Finding a specific product as instructed or purchasing a random product
*Interacting with employees (e.g. Salespersons, Cashiers, and Managers) of the establishment:
*Asking questions about a product or service like a regular customer would.
evaluating the level of customer service provided by the employee, as well as their selling abilities.
*Filling out a questionnaire and writing a report about the visit and the service received, including all the details about their shopping experience:
*Filing or sending their finished reports via email, along with the receipt of the purchase.
Your compensation is $350 at the end of every survey. We expect you to carry out 1 or 2 surveys per week.
No specific training, special skill or education is required to required for this assignment. But we require you follow instruction properly.
To start the assignment, you will receive an assignment parcel containing a Cashier's Check, and Instruction Letter via USPS or FedEx. Please act according to the instruction in the package and check your mailbox daily.
