DATAIKU only hire directly no by 3rd PartiesSad story after being hard headache, i thought it was legit when they approach me via Text by apparently Dataiku recruiter David Baker. Guide me to open Wire App, which is a secure messenger for business and personal as well. The instructions were to open the app and request Ms. Catherine Wilson which she was the Hiring Manager. The interview was legit and everything seems to look good, I even search the company www.Dataiku.com and saw how everything was prior the beguining. On the initial the lady express to go by the web and see what they do, and the offer was for Customer Service Representative. I did apply for several places, so I assume it was great. Great opportunity and offer and when I was told I was hired, was when the dilemma start. They email me the letter of employment and the direct deposit, which i did, because it was a formal way. But when i started to feel weird was when they send me a check and deposit to my account and pay the vendor for the computer and software. I was like well they pay for it, so its no my money, but today cut me another check for a higher amount to do the same.
Sadly Dataiku company don't have a line to call, just an email, and never respond, so I assume everything is good. Until today I received the email and back and forth about don't do it, they are not who they claim to be. They ran all names given and they don't send money to employees to purchase the equipment.
Mad at myself, hopefully they don't mess my identity due to they have my information.
Catherine Wilson (Hiring Officer of Dataiku)
David Baker (Recruiter from Dataiku)
Katherine Jansen (vendor for the hardware and software)
