Client received a letter with heading "2016 Benefit Information for Minnesota Citizens Only" the letter stated that she may qualify for a state-regulated program to pay for final expenses. It furthermore stated that the benefit will pay for 100% of funeral expenses. It requested that she send in her name, home addresss, phone number, age, spouse's age, and spouse's name. In small print at the bottom of the page it states "not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency"
