Data Check of Nevada. Called many time about a return idem from my bank. It was $23 on a pizza that said there was insufficient funds. He said I owed $193 or he would see me in court. He gave me a web site to go to so I could check it out and pay online. I was able to login in like he said and there was a bill and copy of a check from 2002. Fourteen years ago. I went to my bank on 3/22/2016 to ask questions about this. the banker I talked said it sounds like a scam. He told me to watch my bank account because they have my account #. He said someone was in here yesterday for the some thing. I looked up the phone # and all the commits say almost the same thing. Checks from years ago and ordering pizza's. All people from central California.

Data check systems of Nevada calling to collect on a check over 15 years old. After speaking with the bank, I was advised that this is unusual practice as the check is too old to collect on and they can not put it on my credit report as they threatened if not paid today.
