I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I've encountered regarding my recent employment with this company as a package specialist.

I was offered a position with their company to work as a package specialist, responsible for receiving packages from customers. My duties included logging into the dashboard daily, inspecting the packages upon receipt, resealing them, and then delivering them to shipping carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS. I diligently performed these tasks for a period of 30 days under the understanding that I would be compensated after completing a month's worth of work.

According to our agreement, I was to receive payment on March 17th for the services rendered. However, despite fulfilling my responsibilities by receiving and inspecting the packages, I have yet to receive any payment for my work. Furthermore, my access to the dashboard has been denied, leaving me unable to address this issue directly.

This situation has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated, as it appears that I have not been compensated for the work I have completed. It is disheartening to realize that the company may not have intended to fulfill its obligation to compensate me for my efforts.

I kindly request that you investigate this matter promptly and provide me with an explanation regarding the delay in payment. I trust that we can resolve this matter amicably and ensure that I receive the compensation rightfully owed to me for the work performed.

I was hired through the phone wit this company. I worked for 30 days and than the day came to get paid and I’m not able to login the dashboard or contact anybody I were before. I’m out of 5200$ a month of time wasted

I was working for them, picking up and buying shipping supplies for them to send out packages with their intentions to reimburse me and also pay 3000 as a monthly salary. Causing me to not have income for the previous month
