I received a text from what appeared to be from cvs.com. It was a reward for good customer service. I have received these before and the product came as planned. I chose the dash cam for free with a payment of $6.95 for shipping and handling. Before I could complete the order an additional offer of an SD card for $19.99. I chose to skip that but was charged for it anyway before I could say no. I called the company immediately and tried to get it cancelled as I had just done it and they scammed me into purchasing the SD card. The person on the phone kept trying to convince me to keep it. She pretended to talk to her manager and stated she could not refund the money or cancel the order. This went on for over 14 minutes. She then finally said she spoke to the manager and could cancel the order. I have a feeling it still has not been cancelled so I expect my best route is to report them here.
