I ordered a custom made hoodie for my grandson. The next day I got an email confirmation, which also invited me to respond if I had questions. I responded to [email protected], and later received a permanent email failure. I then tried [email protected], with the same result.There is no phone number listed on the website. There is a Legal page which lists the address above to write to if you have a complaint. I called the Chamber of Commerce in Okotoks, and they did some research. The address given is actually the address of a UPS store, and the city has no business registered in that name. Further research finds that the website has been active for about 180 days, and has a life of 365 days. They also have a Facebook page, where a phone number was found, but calls to that number go immediately to voice mail with no greeting. I also emailed [email protected] - I got a response saying they saw that I tried to email [email protected]. I asked for a good phone number and address, but got no response. My credit card company says that the merchant code indicates this is a software company, but the website only shows apparel.
