I contacted Mr. White (Daniel J. Doherty) to purchase the item. Mr. White (Daniel J. Doherty) wanted to use Apple Cash for the payment transaction.
Mr. White (Daniel J. Doherty) said I could pay 1/2 up-front & then pay the other 1/2 once the iPhone was shipped & Mr. White (Daniel J. Doherty) had provided me with “trackable” shipping number that I could look up & see the
item was “in transit” to my address. Mr. White (Daniel J. Doherty) provided me the this tracking #, FedEx 927489910998359414. When I put the # into the tracker it came back as “no tracking information”. I informed Mr. White (Daniel J. Doherty) this was not a “valid” tracking #. Mr. White (Daniel J. Doherty) informed me at this time that the item WOULD NOT be shipped with a “trackable” number until I paid the other 1/2 I told Mr. White (Daniel J. Doherty) that wasn’t the deal we made. Mr. White (Daniel J. Doherty) stopped communicating with me & kept the money that I already paid & I never received the iPhone. Claims filed with: FTC, Wells Fargo, Apple Pay, Attorney General, Letitia James, State of New York, Attorney General, Ashley Moody, State of Florida, New York, Division of Consumer Protection.
