I ordered their product and after speaking with a former customer of theirs who stated to me that this company is a fraud and the product is a scam. I requested a refund and cancelation of the product, which I did within the 6 hr window as per their website stats, however instead of refunding me as I requested they instead stated the product had been shipped already but could not provide tracking information until the next day. I did not want this product and I followed their instructions on requesting a refund however they refuse to refund me my money.
