I have had other people call or write and they have stopped after the first time. I realize they are trying to find property to develop or sell and that records of property transfers are public record. It just makes me so weary when they don't respect my wishes to be left alone. If you have any ideas, it would be appreciated.
**Attached Post Cards indicate -
"Hi ****** & *****, I'm interested in buying your house at **** ******** *** **** in Salem! I can pay you CASH for your property, as-is. You don't have to repair it or even clean it up! You'll pay me NO commission and I can pay all the typical closing costs. Please call me if you're interested in learning more about the easiest way to sell your house....Sincerely, Dane Call or text! 503-300-5610"
