Ordered item from them then they sent updated postal status, then nothing. Disputed payment but the useless PayPal resolution centre found in their favour! What the F! Never received item of course still waiting 3 months later. PayPal said they have delivered it which is BS, they evidently give PayPal false delivery status. Avoid these scammers, they advertise on Facebook.

I ordered boots from this company took 29.95 out of my acc nothing arrived 2 months still waiting

Ordered two products on July 15 2021 via a Facebook advertisement. Payed with a credit card vial Pay Pal (not a Pay Pal account). Received a confirmation email from Pay Pal with a tracking number but no instructions on how to use it to track delivery. Checked my credit card statement and confirmed I was billed for the products.

Never received any communication from Danceage Network ltd/Braveduty or further communication from Pay Pal.

It's now Oct 21, 2021 and neither product has been delivered.

Any luck Im in same boat and its absolutely maddening

Deliberately I ordered some shorts from this company in one size too large, and when the shorts arrived they were way too small!
I contacted them as below:
Hello,

I received my Tactical Rip-resistant Loose Fit Shorts today and I am very disappointed that they are too small - certainly they are not Large (34-36"). I can see they are made in China, and this is perhaps why they are so small. I ordered 34-36" which should actually be quite loose on me, in fact I cannot even do them up.

Can you tell me how I can return them, or swap them for the next size larger please - which hopefully will actually be 34-36".
You really do need to state that people should order a whole size larger, I am sure this is not the first return/problem you have had, i.e. if someone is M suggest ordering L, and if someone is L suggest ordering XL.

Please let me know how I can return them,

Thank you
-- eventual reply:
Hi ,
Thanks for contacting us and apologize for the inconvenience!
The size is set by the factory
After verifying with the back office, we did send the right item to you.
According to our regulation, if there is no quality problem of the order, it is not supported to refund or exchange.
We will improve our quality of products and make the advertisement fit for real items in the future.
Giving you our most sincere apology.

I ordered three pairs of shorts, size 36-38”. They arrived and measured 33”. After a massive runaround via email where they told me they did not give refunds, eventually I raised a claim via PayPal. Then they sent a message telling me to send the shorts back to an address in China via PayPal. The address was not correct, and the response in PayPal said I had to show a tracking number for the address given. Canada Post would not give me a tracking number as they could not find the address. The only response in PayPal once they ‘offer’ a refund, is to provide tracking details.
1. They were sent from Markham Ontario, not China.
2. They know that a tracked parcel, costs $102 from Canada to China if I looked up their address to get the right address.
3. They know that once they offer a refund, you cannot have any sort of dialogue via PayPal except to provide a tracking number.
4. There are 95 complaints in the PayPal community, yet PayPal continues to enable their scam
5. PayPal will not review the case as they have closed it.

Avoid this company at all costs, they are purely a criminal outfit.

Purchased a decorative item online through a Facebook link in March. The company was call Wintersun. On purchase I paid USD for taxes and shipping. It showed in my Paypal as Danceage Network. The item finally arrived early May it had never been dispatched from the US but from some warehouse in the U.K. it arrived poorly packaged via Hermes and was consequently broken. So this was where the fun started...

I emailed the seller explaining the time it had taken to be delivered, the fact it was never delivered from the US, it was also damaged, so, Were they going to replace or refund? I sent them extensive photos of the damage and poor packaging and a polite request of what they were planning to do.

So daily emails commenced I think they must have passed it to the most illiterate individual in the office to deal with. The emails received couldn’t answer a straight question were evasive, rude and repetitive. They offered a $4 refund then $6 then informed me I had to return it to China at my own cost ! No one could sign a name to them. This went on for a week.
I had enough of going round in boring circles and opened a case with PayPal. I highlighted that I had paid USD in taxes, shipping when it had in fact been shipped within the U.K. and why would I want to return it to China when it had been supposedly shipped from the US? Absolute SCAM! Well their incompetence shone through, PayPal found in my favour and I had a full refund from PayPal.
So if you have the unfortunate experience of dealing with this company firstly don’t purchase a thing and secondly don’t give up chasing.

Wintersunsun, All way.Freshdesk.com and Warmhint were email addresses used when replying they seem to operate through many side arms and are to be AVOIDED at all costs

I purchased a Samsung S21 Ultra phone cover from Danceage Network Limited. When I received the phone cover the "so called" glass face was in fact plastic. On top of this, the plastic face/screen cover restricted the use of fingerprint verification, which is an absolute crucial security function for any smartphone these days. When I wrote to the company about this, they simply said there was nothing wrong with the phone and refused to issue a refund. I took my complaint to PayPal to resolve where I receive a response from Danceage agreeing to refund the price of the phone cover once they received it in perfect condition. They also said they would refund the purchase price as soon as possible, which after reading the MANY complaints on PayPal's community forum about this company, I now doubt very much that I will not receive any refund from them, as they will make up some story to say the phone cover was received in less than perfect condition. The cost for me to sent the cover back to them is almost the same cost as the case itself, so I will probably not send it back, but I will most definitely post on as many sites as possible to warn others that this company is a fraud, and to be very cautious when buying from them. Another lesson learned when buying from an online Chinese company, what they advertise is not what you will receive.

They advertise a product to include paper with a printer. No paper arrived. Wanted me to pay for paper separately. Or pay for shipping to China to receive refund although they say it's shipped out from Los Angeles.
