Ordered tires Nov.5.2022.. still no tires ,No Refund $474. Was told refund was being processed numerous times then referred to accounting. Called got recorded generic message to send email..Email is also generic.messagr someone will read and respond ASAP..Don't even respond last 3 or 4 months. Looked at reviews ( Before they deleted or changed them to positive) and they have list longer than my arms of people robbed exactly same way. These people need to Punished Severely.. Unfortunately NOTHING WILL BE DONE..TYPICAL. Specially in good ole California. Criminals Paradise.

Website looks real, has good posted reviews, creates customers account upon checkout. Sends emails for product but never ships and you can never get in touch with company

November 3 ,2022 Paid for set of tires told in stock, then not in stock, waiting on manufacturer, shipping put such and such, still no order, waiting waiting Requested Refund on January 14, 2023. Refund being processed. And here we are still NO REFUND,, NO CONTACT Generic email response your email received someone will get in touch.. called got voicemail that told me to get this, Best to email us...WTH..Are you kidding me. I am now beyond pissed off planning a (Vacation)...to Dana Point CA.LI..SOON. I have saved every email interaction with these scammers including original order.

Came across danaport.com for some car parts. These parts were cheaper, but not out of the ordinary. Website had good reviews, free cancelation, and free shipping. I purchased the parts and the money was pulled from my account. After a few days, I didn't receive any information which I though was weird because the parts were in-stock. I had a bad feeling about my purchase, so I chose to reach out ans cancle my order. I received an email back saying something about shipping delays and my tracking would be updated in 24/48 hours. Since I needed the parts I decided to let it ride. I emailed them again after 72 hours asking to cancel my order and never heard back. So I waited again. After no shipping information or my money back I filed a complaint with the FBI's internet crimes, called my bank to report fraud a now the BBB. After some research turns out the company is a scam. They pay auto forms for advertising just to scam people. I also found others had been scammed out of thousands of dollars. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT PURCHASE from danaport .com you will lose your money and not get your parts.

Products offered on their site do not exist, selling non in stock products and they will continue to push ship times out with no ability in their system to refund you for your item.

Danaport.com is fraudulent company. They take payment and do not fulfill order. When disputing, they insist the item is shipping this week. After months of comms, they state company is unable to process refunds and to contact credit card company.

Ordered car exhaust headers on 10-29-22. Emailed numerous times, kept being told they are backed up, will ship soon. In Jan 2023, I canceled order and requested refund. I was told 5-7 days for refund. It is now Feb 13th 2023 and no refund.

I ordered a B&M shifter Part number 45195, my credit card was charged 554.36 immediatley this was October 24th, I still have not recieved the part I ordered as of February 10th, I have had e mails from them only when I initiated they said my order was in shipping and I should get tracking info in 24 hours, weeks went by after that with no contact, they never contacted me I always intitiated the contact by their only e mail address [email protected] I asked for a refund, now they are dragging thier feet there too. I'm sick of the back and forth with NO results, that is why I'm here.
