Found this house on Craigslist I reached out , we talked we were suppose to meet at the home but no one was there so he told me he left the back door unlocked for me to check the house … he was on the phone the whole time , after I was done looking at it he send me a rental application which was 75$ I filled it out then he sent me a email telling me the home was mine but the letter was so fake he kept asking to bring my deposit & I could move in the house today
