SLFD is a SCAM company! They somehow get information from loan company about what programs you apply for and target you with that. As they knew I applied for Public Loan Forgiveness and use information that is true about loan companies being sued to get your money. They say each time you pay it goes towards your loans after 5 months March 2023-August 2023. I noticed my loan amount not going down and that it was probably a fraud. SLFDprocessing has a new person call or email you every time and does not stop calling if you do not make a payment. They claim they are helpful but I have never felt more enraged by a SLEEZY company in my entire life. I hope everyone who works there gets what they deserve (whether it is not or later on in life). As filing for my bank I did get my money bank initially but then it was taken back because they said I agreed but I did not agree to what happened I agreed to them paying towards my loans as my loan company was being sued. After, I stopped paying and did not get my money back randomly my SSN has been taken and I had to file about identity too now. However, with the bank not giving me back my money as I signed information. I think now with proof and now my SSN being taken I think they have to give me back the money as well as using the ScamPulse.com as evidence as well.
