I received a call from Damian saying that he was a representative from one of the specialists that I have been saying for my pregnancy he asked me to update my coverage of benefits and said that there was a claim that was pending he he seemed hesitant to give information when I told him I worked for the healthcare company I have insurance through and that I can pull up my claims from my laptop I began to pull up my information and he offered a fake claim number
