Ordered 2 dresses from website found from Facebook ad. The items received are nothing like the dresses on the website. Poor quality and design. Clearly a bait and switch. Also, the dresses smell like urine. Tried to resolve through sending emails to customer service (there are no phone numbers). Was told if I send the items back to China they would refund me, or I could take a lesser amount for a refund and keep the items. I offered to send back if they provided a label and after a few emails back and forth, they are now saying they can't find my order.
