Called and left voicemail saying they were a mediation firm and that there was a complaint filled against me. After calling them back three times, I was called back and told that there was a balance due from a bank account with Best Bank/Guarantee Bank I closed in 2013 and that I needed to pay them money (I know I don't owe) to avoid being taken to court and sued. I asked what the name of the company was and she said Dallas Financial. I looked up that company here and it's a closed business. I asked for the physical address of the company and was put on hold for a minute and when she came back she asked me why I needed the address and refused to answer the question. The caller ID said the company was Vue Point Solutions. I looked up Vue Point Solutions and the website also doesn't have an address on the website and doesn't seem legit either. All the links on the site seem to redirect you to another website that might be a real firm and I think it's to seem like they are a real firm but they aren't.
