A person showed up at my front door in Dallas, TX and left a printed sticker that looked official. It threatened me with legal action if I didn't respond. The sticker is stamped with the "Dallas County Department of Investigations". I called the Dallas Police Department and the Dallas County Sheriff's Office. Both say it is not from their offices.

I also caught the person on my home surveillance camera leaving the note. When you call the number it sounds official but then it just tells you to leave your name and number and someone will get back to you. So it sounds like a phishing scam to get you to leave information.
