Called to offer me a loan of $X. Then preceded to tell me that I needed to pay loan insurance, SWIFT activation charge, and then IRS tax money. Only accepted payment of Google Play cards. Told me that I needed to get the money to them in 1 hour and that funds were already transferred and cannot be undone.

This company Dale Finance offered me an $*** loan. When they first contacted me they told me I was approved but I needed to pay $*** for insurance in case I was unable to make a payment. I was informed that they would not take a debit card only Google play cards. I didn't think anything of it at the time since they seemed to be a legitimate business. The sent me the payment information I was to pay back the loan over 120 months and they sent terms of service and forms to sign (I didn't there was no way to sign them without printing them up.) After I paid them they said that they were unable to transfer the money into my account because my credit union account did not have a swift code. They charged me another $*** to create one again I paid in Google play cards After that I was informed that the state to state tax needed to be paid and that would cost $*** but they said that they would cover half and I would have to pay $***. A few days later I was able to come up with the money after which they informed me that since they paid their half on a Friday and I paid on Tuesday I would have to pay the entire $*** because the taxes had to be paid on the same day. I once again paid with Google play cards. I figured this time the funds would be transferred to my account. They weren't I was informed by them that the transaction couldn't go through and they had to send the money through Western Union. They told me that they had to do a large transaction which generated 20 id numbers to pick up the funds. I was informed that I had to pay $*** before they would give me those numbers. My wife and I told them that we had no more money to give them. We had to borrow from other lenders to send them the money in the first place. We were told to overdraft our account and they would pay the overdraft fees. The company also tried to get us to pawn things to get them the money. We informed that we were not going to send them anymore money since we were already out over $*** and they threatened legal action since they claimed that they sent the money via Western Union and that there was no way that they could get it back. I did call Western Union and they told me that I was scammed and that businesses can get their money back. I was informed by Western Union that no legitimate business accepts Google play cards as payment. They suggested that I file a report with our local police department and I did. I was informed by the police to not send any more money and to block the calls. This has both my wife and I upset since we do foster care and we don't want there to be any financial strain.
