The company hire me on to do remote logistics for the company on the terms that I would be paid $3300 a month in my probation period and $3800 full time after probation period was over. My probation period was over and pay day arrived I asked about my check and was told they was mailing it off that day which was the second of August was seemed odd being that all month they had my pay date posting on the CRM but instead of receiving my check on the 2nd they claimed to be mailing it on the 2nd saying it would take 3-5 business days but it’s been 14 days and still no check and no one is returning calls or emails. I’m thinking about tracking them down and do things my way

This person contacted me for an interview and the same job description as listed by the other person. I looked it up before the interview to confirm it was a scam.

I was sent an offer letter and had a phone interview as well. I was offered 3200 to get packages and drop them off at local couriers etc. after the month-long probationary period it increases to 3600 w benefits. I didn't go through with the process I did some research in regard to the company and found that a review with the same information had already been placed.

Dear Applicant!

We are pleased to offer you the position of Supply Associate at Spitako! Your resume and interview were impressive, and we are excited about the potential you bring to our team. Please note that this is a conditional job offer, subject to your timely submission and approval of the Employment Agreement.

As discussed, your starting monthly salary during the probationary period will be $3200, paid via paper check at the end of the period. After successfully completing the probationary period, your salary will be $3600, plus compensation for additional expenses. Once hired full-time, you can elect between bi-weekly or monthly pay schedule. You can also set up direct deposit at that time.

This will be a work-from-home arrangement, and your working hours will be Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. If you accept this offer, you will receive an email from RightSignature® containing the Employment Agreement within one business day. Please review the document carefully before signing and returning it to us. If you need any assistance, feel free to contact us.

Once your Employment Agreement and related submissions are verified, you will be assigned to a curator within 1-2 business days. Your curator will provide training, system access, and necessary resources for your role. You will also receive assignments and duties from your curator, and their feedback will play a key role in evaluating your potential for a full-time, permanent position.

As a new employee, you will undergo a 30-day probationary period. After this period, a comprehensive assessment will determine your eligibility for a permanent, full-time position. A two-week notice is required for either party to terminate this employment voluntarily.

Once you become a permanent employee at Spitako, you will have access to comprehensive benefits, including 28 vacation days, 14 sick days, health insurance, a 401(k) with company matching, and reimbursement. Full details of these benefits will be provided at the end of your probationary period.
