BUYER BEWARE***THIS COMPANY IS COMPLETELY DYSFUNCTIONAL AFTER BEING ACQUIRED BY MARQUEE BRANDS LLC***THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE*** My girlfriend ordered a womens wetsuit from Dakine. They sent her a mens wetsuit with mens tags on it, but the bar code and scan code had it labeled as the womens version. We asked for them to send the correct, wetsuit, but they sent ANOTHER mislabeled mens wetsuit. When we reached out to explain the situation, we discovered there is no customer service at all. The phone number on the website just tells you to email them instead, then they send us an auto-response email directing us to their returns page. I have tried to explain to them twice that there is an issue of mislabeled product at their shipping center, but I just keep getting the same auto response directing me to their returns page. So basically there is no one there to answer the phones, and there is no one there to answer your email despite the phone menu directing you to do so. At this point it doesn't really matter how the business responds to this I already know I am going to get some corporate legally-safe response invovlving some excuse like high call volume (yawn) so I decided to include all of the brands that are managed by MARQUEE BRANDS. ***BUYER BEWARE FROM COMPANIES UNDER MARQUEE MANAGEMENT***
