Supposedly a free camera just pay shipping. But they charge you full price $149 if you don't "return" it within 15 days. NOWHERE does their correspondence indicate that. Then, when they've taken your money on the same CC you paid shipping with, customer service will NOT issue a refund or allow a return. It is supposedly non-returnable because it was a "trial" that you didn't return, in spite of the fact they never stipulated that requirement. The web page shows 60 day 100% money back guarantee, Easy Returns, Quality guaranteed. NONE of that is valid, and the camera is crap. Battery didn't hold a charge. But they wouldn't provide replacement. This is a TOTAL SCAM and RIP-OFF! They are hiding behind a curtain and you can't talk to anyone that has any authority. STAY AWAY!
