These people are absolutely ridiculous. Me Andy boyfriend were wanting a puppy and well they had a website so I believed them. We lost $920 hard earned dollars. I then see they wanted me to buy a $1950 crate in order for her to be shipped to me. I then told them I will not be getting her and would like a refund. He told me no I am not allowed because he gave me a receipt. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS LIKE I DID.

Just lost our pup 2 weeks ago and decided that we wanted a fresh start. In the beginning everything made sense but became increasingly uncomfortable. Extremely rude man who was very demanding about who, what, where and when. Money, then more money, then more money. Then the blame game against me. The kicker is i needed to "pay more money" because the courier was in a traffic accident and died en route to get the money. Pft. There was no compassion for the "puppies" sitting vacant for days after I repeatedly asked if they were ok. Stay far away from dachshund inn, dachshund blitz and dachshundinn. All the same scammer [censored].

My cousin was looking to find a Dachshund puppy. After some searching on Google, she found https://dachshundinn.com/. She was specifically looking for a dachshund so she contacted them. She was told they had puppies available and sent her videos, paperwork and photos of puppies. She completed the paperwork and chose a puppy she was interested in. She initially paid 800.00 for the puppy and another 1200 to ship the puppy via Delta from Michigan to South Dakota. Shipping day came and she was sent a shipment confirmation from Roberta Thompson with a screenshot of the logistics-cargoexpress.com shipping confirmation. The seller also used real flight numbers that could be verified and claimed that the puppy would be shipped in an air conditioned crate to South Dakota and would arrive in Rapid City at 11:23 pm and be delivered to my cousin's house by 8:30am the next morning. There were two flights that the puppy was to travel on. The first leg from Detroit to Minneapolis, the second from Minneapolis to South Dakota. After the Detroit leg landed in Minneapolis, my cousin received another email from Roberta Thompson stating that there was some type of insurance issue with the South Dakota flight and requested an additional 1400.00 from my cousin to finish the delivery. This email also threatened my cousin, stating that if she did not pay the additional 1400.00 within 45 minutes, she would be criminally charged for felony abandonment of this animal. My cousin (now suspicious) then called me and we did some research, finding https://dachshundinn.com/ listed on multiple websites as a scam (including petscammer, puppy-scammer-list, and scammerpulse). On petscammer alone, there are multiple websites listed that are close to https://dachshundinn.com/ that have been reported (i.e. dachshundden.com, daschundenn.com, etc.). All of these websites have the same photos of the same dachshunds for adoption and all of them have been shut down before after being reported as scams. It appears every time their site gets shut down, they rename the site using all the same webpages and photos and put the site back online. Of course the dog never showed up in South Dakota. We checked with Delta who said there was never a dog on any of those flights, they would not require separate insurance to ship a dog, they do not ship dogs in the summer months and there is no such thing as an air conditioned crate for a dog. My cousin is never getting her 2,000.00 back.

Have been emailing company for about 3 days in purchasing a puppy to purchase. Inquired about 3 different puppy’s that had to help narrow down what was still available to have. The woman or whomever emailed us back stating they were only looking for people who were interested and stated to have myself and roommate answer about 16 questions as to why we chose this breed of dog, how often we leave so puppy isn’t home alone. Address so they can figure out best place for shipping if puppy came by airplane. Alone in the email was videos of puppy that we chose, pictures and also prices labeled about each puppy. We didn’t think anything of it seemed legit and we answered the questions sent the email back asked about our home address The next day we heard back via email stating we got the clear and answered the questions and the puppy was ours. In order to hold the puppy a deposit was made of $500 that would be applied to the puppy costing $800 at the time as part of a sale since the puppies parents where expecting another litter and that’s why the discount. We Zelle paid the woman or whomever and as stated in the email to screen shot that we had Zelle paid this breeder and she would get the paperwork ready since on the website says they AKC licensed. Went ahead asked what was next in the process since we are 5 hours away from picking up this puppy at the breeder. Woman emailed she got the payment and gave an address and a phone number to reach her at. Then that was it. My room mate and I went out to prep for our trip to get our puppy and while looking again at the website to see if there was more info or faq page seeing what to bring and such we noticed there were two identical websites run by the same person. One of the websites that my roommate had been communicating with about the puppy is called dachshundinn.com and the email to contact is: [email protected]; Second website that is the same dachshundharehills.com and the email to contact is dachshundharehills.com. Which is both link the same email. Connecting both websites together by the same person. We noticed small inconsistencies and didn’t think anything of it, just becoming more paranoid since we just puppy proofed our house. I tried to call them number given but was late at night so we said we will try in the morning. In the morning I had called the phone number twice got no answer, my roommate had sent a follow up email to plan accordingly for our trip and wanted to know if we need to bring anything to be prepped since we live 5 hours away. Got an email stating strange information. Then my roommate just asked flat out if this was a scam because we have had a gut feeling and seeing things on the websites that we didn’t see before because it was so elaborate. The woman or whomever stating hes her husband stated “yes. It is. What a stupid question” we were heart broken thinking we are getting a puppy since we had just suffered a loss of a family pet who my room mate had for 12 years. two months ago and thought this would be a fresh start. We both feel violated. Then this person has a physical address so not sure if it will be a safety issue.

A pay for a puppy from them. Want too fly the puppy too me cause they live 10 hours away. Didn't know i had too pay for a AC crate for $1430 to fly him. I told them that i dont have it. Than i told them if i can't get the puppy here can i have my money back. No refund. So i know something was wrong. Good business don't do that. I email them back and ask why. Just said no refund. No money and no puppy.
