This is on a Facebook website. I contacted the site asking about a Dachshund puppy. They claimed to be from Springfield, Missouri. They claim to have multiple puppies and have posted those online at Moonlight Dachshunds. We conversed via Facebook messenger in which we were to meet halfway. They requested $350 upfront to reserve the puppy we wanted which is normal. The next step was a contract that wanted 300 more dollars for vet services was given via Cash App to Mark Nellis. Now to get a cash app, you have to have a Social Security number. We asked several questions which is normal, but would not get any results or answers. I asked for a telephone number which they failed to send after several times asking I ask someone to call me and I kept demanding someone call me until a North Carolina telephone number called me which was an Asian descent Male voice which claimed he was a truck driver I requested a refund which she claimed he already spent and it is only been eight hours. I demanded a refund and he hung up on me and has blocked Facebook and his telephone number. My last communication with him I told him that I was reporting him and he said I don’t care they can’t catch me
