Consumer was told she's being investigated for a car in her name that had cocaine left in it by the boarder of El Paso, TX and Mexico. That they didn't want her to be prosecuted. He went by the name of Mike Rogers (Latino accent) stating they're a DA. Consumer gave him bank info., requested her to buy gift cards and read that information to him.
