I saw this advertisement on Facebook and went to the website to order a cool tool for Christmas. I made the order and paid online. They immediately charged my credit card and gave me an order number and confirmation. It's been almost a month and I still have not received the product. When I try to track my order number, it states that it's not a valid number. There is no phone number to contact these people, only an email address. I've emailed them several times and have never heard back. I wish I had reviewed the comments on Facebook BEFORE placing the order. It seems several people have fallen victim to this scam.
