This product is a SCAM! Ordered this tye dye kit, it came almost a month and a half later, it did not come as pictured and had NO labels, no directions, and was not shown as picture. The dye is NOT dye at all, but basically a powdery color substance that doesn’t actually dye clothing. I tried to contact the company, and they offered me an 8.00 refund. This place is A SCAM! Do not waste your money.

WARNING: Items not as pictured. I purchased something as a gift and it DID NOT arrive as advertised on their site. I also paid extra for 3-5 day delivery and it took almost a month to arrive. Now I can’t even give it as a gift because it looks terrible and not the same product at all. Bad customer service and disreputable people. Do not buy from this company in China. Knockoff products. I tried to dispute with PayPal but they are making me pay for return ship to China before I get a full refund.

I purchased a tie dye kit as a gift. Paid extra and I received a ziplock bag with items, no photos, no case, no instructions. Unacceptable. According to their refund policy, if item is not as described, they would refund and provide return label. They are doing nothing.

The online website “Cyracolor” sells beauty products of all kinds. Once you place your order, you will be told that your tracking order will be given to you in a few days. When you message the email you will receive the same electronic robotic emails in return. There are a few other websites linked to this “business” page which is also scamming innocent people.
