We were leaving Friday and double checking everything thing before we left, screen went blue and had a lot of IP addresses (lots of characters) and at the bottom it said call this number to fix 888-267-1104. We called this morning 3-27 guy with foreign accent Henry, and they wanted to fix the computer put firewalls 1 year plan $495 and 5 year for $695 couldn't use a credit card, they wanted a electronic check and I would not give them the info from my checking account. I had other people checking who these people were while I had them on the phone. On the computer I saw the address 1 Microsoft Way Redmond, WA 98052. I kept him on the online--he was being pushy, he wanted the account number. He was in the computer, he was controlling. He showed me electronic check to pay to Cyper Security Center.
