Switch and Bait

Ordered the shoe rack and after weeks of waiting and emails back and forth, I receive the exact bracelet as others. I didn't see these posts until I went searching for their website today. It certainly solved the bracelet mystery. It happened to arrive on my birthday and I was waiting for someone to fess up they gave me a gift.

Phase II : Watch for the email coming to you stating that they have shipped the bracelet by mistake, however; it's worth way more than a shoe rack we all ordered,
but we don't need to pay the difference. :D Made me laugh... Is this some kind of joke or what ?

Bait & switch, shoe rack does not = bracelet

I paid for a shoe rack on 09/20/2022. Received a bracelet, that I did not order on 10/12/2022. I reached out to the company, via email, no response. I am going to dispute the charge with my credit card.

Total bait and switch

Ordered a nice shoe rack that I saw advertised on FB, they send an inexpensive bracelet. This was not a shipping mistake, this is done intentionally - see other review(s). No customer support so no returns or help with the order. I don't think FB checks these companies because this is not the first time I've purchased an item advertised on FB and got scammed or just ripped off.
