Cosmetic product was offered as a sample for only payment of shipping cost. I did not see terms and conditions which the company stated the cost of the product would be charged to my account and monthly shipments would follow at full price ($96.13) if I did not call within 14 days to cancel. I went to the police and they pulled up the l offer and showed me that the terms and conditions were there but garbled as a paragraph that was entered and then typed over to make the message not readable. When I received the second product, I called the company and they refused to take it back. Spoke with manager , Laurie who would not give me her last name.
